Cloning a database with TDE implemented at Tablespace level

We recently upgrade to 11.2.0.3 and implemented wallet based TDE. We created encrypted tablespaces and moved most of our data tables to the encrypted tablespaces. We continued to take RMAN backup without encyption or compression like before. I want to use this backup to clone on a test environment. For the test environment we had created a wallet while testing. Database Administrator does not have the Wallet password of production. How can this restore be done? Can someone list down simple high level steps?
