Patch 14541148: :R12.WMS.B - Did not Generate Form WMSRLWBF.fmx at the Expected Version

Applied patch 14541148:R12.WMS.B
The patch is a small patch, contain only one file, fmb file.
No specific error in file, can only see: since no such action is present for this driver file
--think this is a install issue and not specific to product code. Patch have been applied by product dev without problem
the check to see patch /form is compiled is done by running:
strings -a $WMS_TOP/forms/US/WMSRLWBF.fmx | grep Header
--for customer it is WMSRLWBF.fmb 120.26.12010000.4
--it should have been WMSRLWBF.fmb 120.26.12010000.6
