iProcurement Smart Forms LOVs

Hi

I have created a Smart Form with a field linked to a pre-defined Value Set.  When in iProcurement I want to be able to see the Value and the Value Description in the drop-down.  Is this possible?

If not, is there a way to add a "tip" to the Smart Form field?
