Shared application tier cloning

 Our Topology is as follows

Node A : Forms and Apache

Node C : Forms and Apache

Nodes A and C have the application file system shared between them

Node B : Concurrent manager and Database and we are on 11.5.10.2

While doing a clone to another instance with same number of nodes. I understand we clone to the primary node of the target system first and then add secondary node (note 230672.1).

However upon doing the above steps the $IAS_CONFIG_HOME value is set correctly in the secondary node but not on the primary node. On the secondary node we ran 

perl -I AU_TOP/perl txkSOHM.pl
