Procard transaction line comments.

Hello Experts,

What is the purpose of active/inactivate the comments on the ProCard line transaction page?  I can't find any documentation about this.  Peoplebooks doesn't explain.  There are many comment fields in FMS without an active/inactive status, which leads me to believe there is more to it then what is common sense.  I appreciate the assistance.
