Could not fine 'System Snapshot' to do the RDA test.

Hello.

I want to do the RDA test using the below steps.
What application should I select to see 'System Snapshot'?
Please let me know.
a. Connect to responsibility Application Diagnostics
b. Select the Diagnose menu option
c. Click button Select Application and select an appropriate Application
d. Scroll down to group "System Snapshot"
e. Select test name "RDA"
f. Select the responsibility id you were using when the problem occurred from the list of values.
g. Enter the Application Shortname: SQLAP (for Payables).
h. Enter your Apps schema name userid and password to ensure all versions are collected.
