Uncosted Exception

 Hi,

  One of our user report that  "Transaction Exception Details"  is showing task/transaction as uncosted exception.  However same task/transaction shows up in project expenditure items which means it has been costed to one of the project.  I will greatly appreciate if someone can point me to right direction on this. Please let me know if I can provide with any additional details.
