Problem importing compensation plans.

We have a problem when importing the compensation plans. Plan elements and compensation plans are not imported completely, on occasion we only import the formulas and expressions, in other occasions only exports some of the formulas and expressions. But a curious fact, seeing the log did not throw any error.

And when I perform the import the following error occurs.

In the xml shows no errors
