Alignment and Grouping Problem

For landscape report layout, I face difficulties to group the element and alignment. When I able to group the column PROD and UNIT, the number cannot be right aligned because these 2 columns is in same column and row in table. When I want to right align the UNIT with the table column, I unable to group the column PROD and UNIT. Please advise. Attached is the rtf of both format and the problem description. Thanks
