Migrating Discoverer reports in 11i to BI Publisher in R12

 Hi Guru's,
     As we are planning to upgrade from 11i to R12 so we were planning to migrate Oracle Discoverer Reports used in 11i to BI Publisher in R12, please let me know what are the necessary steps to be taken.
