Apex 4.2 - fantastic, but some initial issues

Hi all,
Having downloaded and installed apex 4.2, we're quite impressed overall, but have hit a couple of small issues.

1. Upgrading Apex 4.0 application - it does not seem to have upgraded pages with Custom xml - end result, those pages dont work.

2. Cant find the Mobile App templates - are those an additional install or am I simply not seeeing them?

Any ideas?
