Easy way to pay bulk of unpaid prepayments

Hi all,

We recently uploaded invoices from one OU to another (for merging). Now there is bulk of unpaid prepayments which we have to pay. Please suggest any short/easy way to pay instead of making payment one by one, it may take several days.
