Dear Customer,
 
The following patch is now available for download from My Oracle Support at R12.1 branch code line:

Norway Union Dues Calculation Changes
Release 12.1 Branch     : 14549415:R12.PAY.B
 
This patch contains the fix for following issues:

Bug 14549415 - Norway Union dues calculation changes
Bug 14778369 - issues related to absences.
 
Please refer to the readme for details.

Remember also that the prerequisite patch level on R12.1 Branch for support on these patch is R12.1 HRMS RUP4.

If you encounter any issues with these patches, please raise a Service Request via My Oracle Support with Oracle Payroll Support.
