grid infrastructure - restart

hello all

recently we've installed oracle restart in production env.

product is 'serving' 4 instances and 10 listeners

prior configuration uses old fasion listeners (those configured on listener.ora file and so), new config uses listener as service configured via srvctl

prior listener configs uses SDU and TDU parameters

how can we configure SDU and TDU parameters on new config over oracle restart ???
