Pre notification for employee EFT's

I am working in PeopleSoft Financials 8.8 version. We have a new BU and the employees belonging to the new BU when setup as EFT for their expenses are not getting the pre-notification. They are getting paid by checks. The employees are picked  up by the check pay cycle. All the other BU employees don’t have any problem.

Any help would greatly appreciated.
