Employee names missing from PR Check Register

Q  - Why are there no employee names on the PR Check Register?

A - The Check Register program, P06238, contains a processing option to print or not print the employee name.  If using version XJDE0001 of P06238 check to see if processing option 1 is set to print the employee name.  If not using XJDE0001, select a version of P06238 that does have the PO set to 1.   It is important to note that all of the net pay documents should use the same naming convention.  For this reason, all net pay forms should be named with the same name as the Payroll Checks version.   On menu G0746 or G7746, options 20-24 should all have a version
