Re-org and shrinking datafiles online

Hi All,

We have a tablespace that is huge and spread accross multiple datafiles. Looks like doing reorg and shrinking will involve a lot of time if we take it offline. Business cannot afford so much downtime. Is it possible to carry on the reorg and shrinking activity online?
