Insert Viewer has been grade out

 Hello My Dear Community Friends,

Client Requirement: Client need to insert the viewer but in manage approvals the radio button has been grade out.

We are using iprocurement and purchasing position hierarchy

Please show me the path to make that grade out to functional position so that we can insert viewer 

This is the urgent requirement, Please help me out my dear friends
