moving programs, lists that are in progress

hi, i have a simple question , i'm just organizing my campaigns and lists in odm by folders and was wondering if i were to move anything to different folders that's in progress ie a program, or a list thats in use, will this  have any impact to my campaigns? will it pause or deactivate in any way?
