Choice of Standard Report Output Format

When a Standard Report is run in Oracle, there is a profile option which causes a box to open asking what format they wish to open the report in (txt, html, excel). I have searched metalink and the internet and am unable to find the profile. Would anyone know which profile causes this to happen. Thank you for your help.
