AR :- Completed transactions showing in exception report.

Dear Team,

We are trying to close the period for particular month but sub ledger exception report was showing some transactions are incomplete. But when we verify those transactions, actually completed and successfully generated accounting events and posted in GL. why still system is showing those transactions in exception.

For this cause we are unable to close the periods.

I have raised SR, but i thought check with community team.
