Position Hierarchy-Multiple Level

  Hi Experts,

The Ex of Position Hierarchy(With Item Category restriction(Approval Rule))

                                                                                Head Manager(All Category)

                  A.Manager(Electrical Category)                  B.Manager(Mechanical Category)                 C.Manager (Civil Category)

                  A.Buyer (Electrical Category)                       B.Buyer(Mechanical Category)                     C.Buyer(Civil Category)  

        The Actual Flow is A.Buyer->A.Manager->Head Manager.

  here when"A.Buyer (Electrical Category)" is making PO for other than his category it goes directly to head.but here we need the PO should go to the concern category people. how to configure it.
