OEM Connector 11.1.0.1.0 for HP service Manager 9.30

in System Monitoring Plugins and Connectors (MOSC) Question
 I have Installed OEM connector 11.1.0.1.0 and its connecting to Webservices of Service manager successfull, but gets error while creating ticket.Have anyone configured successfully, please share.
