iREC : Can the vacancy be updated when it is in request for more information

Hi,

During the vacancy approval, if the approver selects "Request for more information", can the requestor able to update the vacancy and submit again.

Or the vacancy can be updated only after it is been approved. Wondering if this is the case what is use of approval in vacancy with multiple options like

1. Reject

2. Request for more information

3. Re-assign

4. Approve
