Cannot Open Closed Periods

Hi All

I need to reopen a closed payable period.

when trying to reopen the period, it generates a massage "APP-SQLAP-10363 You cannot reopen this period becouse the corresponding oracle general ledger or oracle purchasing period not open".

then i have reopen the corresponding PO & GL periods and recheck, but sill the same error occurs.

Please help.
