How to open inventory accounting period for closed month

Dear Guru's,
Please any one tell me how to open INVENTORY accounting period for closed month,
unknowingly the accounting period of Inventory for this month is closed, if we want open this period than the change status was not highlighted for the inventory period.

please suggest us how to open this period....
