Siebel 8117 install issue: AIX 6.1 + IHS 7.0

Hi,

We have installed Siebel 8117 on AIX 6.1 server. Siebel gateway, enterprise and server processes are up and running. We installed SWSE and applied, with a different user on same machine. The same user is used to install IBM HTTP webserver 7. After applying SWSE and changing httpd.conf file (as per Siebel UNIX installation guide for 8.1) we tried accessing the siebel application (thin client).

But browser says "Internet explorer can not display the webpage" error.
There is a task getting created for AOM (FINSObjMgr_enu) on the server, I verified it through srvrmgr.
I am able to access the siebel static page (about.html).
