Calculate business hours from two dates

How do we calcualte business hours from two dates. E.g. if business hours is 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and creation date is 11/02/2012 5:00 PM and modify date is 11/05/2012 10:00 AM, when we calcuate these two dates it should return 2 hours only. Do we have any pre-defined functions for this? Can any one please help on this.
