System_Moving_Window NOT moving?

Greetings All;
Bit of an oddity with Enterprise Manager (11.1.0.1.0) and a clustered database pair (Database 11.1.0.7.0, agent 11.1.0.1.0) - clusterware, not RAC.

The Performance Tab's "System_Moving_Window" has got "stuck".  It shows data up until 07:38, last Wednesday morning.  OK, at that point, the cluster was failed over but everything looks as though the move worked properly; Clusterware moved everything to the other node and the agent is still happily uploading data. 
Looking at other Performance views, we can see the more recent uploaded data but the "System_Moving_Window" is stubbornly stuck, refusing to show anything since the failover.

Any suggestions where I might start looking to track down the problem?
