error when applying generic datafix patch p13033588_R12.AP.B_R12_GENERIC.zip.

We are running into an error when applying generic datafix patch p13033588_R12.AP.B_R12_GENERIC.zip.

As per Patch README it is compatible with R12.A.B but the Patch fails with the following error....I have attached the downloaded Patch file. Let me know.
