Modifier Error For LCM

Dear Gurus, I had setup LCM recently and while defining modifiers for LCM I am unable to define charges in modifier window. 966357.1 I had followed this note id and had successfully setup the attribute mapping rules and while creating modifiers I am facing the error for charges field which is mandatory and list of values are not displayed . the screen shot explains it.
