OPM MRP - Time Fence

 Dear All
We are in the phase of OPM  MRP implementation (11i). While setting up for OPM MRP there are number of tabs where we can define Inner and Outer Time fences. These Time fences tab can be seen on the following windows,

Warehouse Rules
Production Rules
Warehouse Transfer Rules
MPS Schedule Parameters (Time > Time fence tables)
MPS Schedule Parameters (Indocator > calendar > Time fence)

Would anyone please tell me that what is the use of all them.

What I have observe that "MPS Schedule Parameters (Time > Time fence tables)" will override all other times fences defined when planning. But I am not sure about it.
