Discrepencies between Material account distribution summary (11i) and Journal Entries Report - Cost

Hello Gurus,

we are presently doing an upgrade from 11.5.10.2 to 12.1.3

In the EBS Upgrade Guide, it is recommended to balance the  Material account distribution summary (11i) with  the Journal Entries Report - Cost Management (R12).

However, I found 4 Accounts that are not showing in the Journal Entries Report - Cost Management (R12)., but actually showing in the 11i Report.

Is there any setup required in R12 that I am missing, or is there any bug with the report, or any pataches that needs to be apply?

Please let me know if you can think of any issue with this report in R12.
