Selection Criteria Issue with the Purchase Summary Report By Category in R12

Hello group,

we are doing an upgrade from Oracle 11i (11.5.10) to Oracle R12, and I was wondering if there is a bug-issue with the Purchase Summary Report By Category in R12.

In Oracle 11i, in the selection Parameters, if I enter Creation Dates From: 01-Apr-2012, the report will only show the PO and PO Releases created after 01-Apr-2012.

If the Blanket Purchase Order was created before 01-Apr-2012, any Releases created after 01-Apr-2012 will not show on the Report in 11i. 

However, In the Oracle R12 report, in the selection parameter, if I enter Creation Dates From: 01-Apr-2012, any PO Releases created after 01-Apr-2012 will show on the Report, even thought the Blanket Purchase Agreement Creation_date was created in 01-Jan-2009 for example, which is before 01-Apr-2012.
