Automatic Clearing for Receipts Program

All~

We recently applied the French Lcoalization patches in our environment, and it seems like it broke the Automatci Clearing for Receipts Program.The program is not generating any data/or clearing the bill receivable remittance.Has anyone seen this issue in past/or can help us to find a fix.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
