View Requisition

Hi All,

We don't use the 'iProcurement' module. We use forms Purchasing and Requisitions in our R11i environment. I will like to know if the below behavior is correct or is this an issue?

1. Requestor raises a requisition and submits it for approval. 

2. Approver gets a email notification for approval. 

3. Approver clicks on the 'View Requisition' link in the email. This opens up the login page. The approver logs as himself, but gets the following error "You have insufficient privileges for the current operation. Please contact your System Administrator"

4. Approver clicks on back button and the approves the requisition.
