Wallets on Multi database RAC 11gr2

Hello,

 I setting different wallet from three database running on a two node RAC 11gr2.

I am having some problems with auto login, it not work is I don't set the export ORACLE_UNQNAME=database  despite I set this variable from the crs using 
 srvctl setenv database -d gwnotes -T "ORACLE_UNQNAME=database"

This is what I set, I am missiong something?

ENCRYPTION_WALLET_LOCATION =
 (SOURCE=(METHOD=FILE)
   (METHOD_DATA =
      (DIRECTORY=/etc/ORACLE/WALLETS/$ORACLE_UNQNAME/)))

srvctl setenv database -d database -T "ORACLE_UNQNAME=database"

orapki wallet create -wallet /etc/ORACLE/WALLETS/gwnotes -auto_login "Administration1"

scp cwallet.sso tf-db-2:/etc/ORACLE/WALLETS/database
