Workflow IMAP mailer strange issue: Mailer process mails and keep a read copy in INBOX,Log throws on

Hi,

We have 11.5.10.2 on Linux with 10G DB,The worklfow mailer was working fine all these days,Suddenly we find that the worklfow mailer behaves starngely

1)all mails received in the INbox are processed  and relfected in the application as well

Expected behavior :- after processing the mailer must move the messages to the processed folder and mark it as a read.

Current behaviour:- after processing the mailer moves the messgae and also keeps a copy in the INBOX.

Already gone through few mtalink ntoes but none did help...Can any one pl suggest any alternatives ?
