BI Publisher Desktop Error

I am currently running Windows 7 64-bit, I go to BI Publisher, and go to Download BI Publisher Tools.  I click on the BI Publisher Desktop (32bit Office) and it will download.  I run it and everything works fine until it starts to install.  I keep getting an error to install JRE 1.6 or higher.  I just installed JRE 1.7.  I am not sure how to get around this.
