Margin Analysis Load Run (CSTMRGLD) takes 10+ hours after Financials Family Pack G

The Margin Analysis Load Run took more than 24 hours to complete after applying Financials Family Pack G.  We applied patch 13056617 and performance has improved some, but it still takes 10+ hours to run.  It used to run in less than 30 minutes, usually.  This performance is completely unacceptable, and I can't find any patches that are applicable that we haven't already applied.  Is there a patch for this?
