This document is intended to provide an overview of strategies and concepts you should be familiar with as you maintain your PeopleSoft implementation.

It is intended for both business owners of an application as well as the technical users, installers, and system administrators who maintain a PeopleSoft implementation to develop a strategy for the complete maintenance of their PeopleSoft applications.

This is not a detailed guide on how to perform maintenance in the form of patches, bundles, maintenance packs, etc. This does not cover Upgrade activities. It differentiates Maintenance from Upgrades but does not detail the Upgrade process.
