Why is Assembly Cost Rollup missing in Release 12?

In 11i, you can Navigate to Assembly Cost Rollup by following this navigation path: (N) Cost Management > Item Costs > Assembly Cost Rollup > select Single Request > (B) OK > there are 3 concurrent programs that are available on the List of Values: Cost Rollup - No Report, Cost Rollup - Print Report, and Temporary Rollup - Print Report.

I cannot find these concurrent programs son the 2 instances that we upgraded from 11.5.10 go R12. I created a new responsibility in R12 and attached it to the Cost Management and Subledger Accounting menu. Here the Supply Chain Cost Rollup is available, and it appears to have similar concurrent requests: Supply Chain Cost Rollup - No Report, Supply Chain Cost Rollup - Print Report, and Temporary Supply Chain Cost Rollup - Print Report. Do these programs replace the ones above? Do they have the same functionality as the ones above? Are there additional setup requirements?
