F4620 UPDATE

I have input a sales order of on line generating one picking suggestion with two different warehouse movement tasks. One task have 3 cartons (3 records in the F4620) table. When I perform a pick confirm of this task the system split the original order line but only one of the three cartons in updated with the new order line (in the F4620 table). I have verified that the NER that perform this updating in N4601020 but only do that for one cartoon.
Has somebody experienced the same issue?
