Applied Patch 10270855 but received numerous PLL compile errors

Release 12.1.3

Applied Patch 10270855 on AIX 6.1. There were numerous compile errors. When I recompiled

using adadmin I received even more errors. And a functional consultant checked the error this patch was to fix and it is still occurring.
