Need Financial Recommended patches for 12.1.3 version

Hi,
We are implementing Oracle R12 Application for the version 12.1.3 for the modules (GL,AP,AR,FA, Cash Management). Please provide the list of lasted and critical oracle financial patches to apply for the above mentioned version
