Revenue assurance data for pin_inv_accts doesn't contains failed accounts

In case of error during invoicing /process_audit/billing doesn't contain data about failed accounts,instead in case of error during billing /process_audit/billing contains data about failed accounts.

How to get in /process_audit/billing failed accounts for pin_inv_accts?
