How to highlight the most impact query/DML when DB server move into T4 -- MTS

In the Sun T4 server, it is on MTS technology, does this transparent to all the application run on M server or E server ? any impact sych as parallel degree ? No. of concurrent sessions ? even session PGA ? CPU queue is on core base or thread base ?
