Error in Manager Self Service in Oracle EBS

Gurus,

I  am getting the following error in Manager Self Service in Oracle EBS HRMS. When I click on Hire function under MSS resp i get this.

Error 

WF_PLSQL_ERROR (ERRNAME=null) (ERRMESSAGE=null) (ERRSTACK= Wf_Item.Create_Item(HRSSA, 81, HR_NEW_HIRE_PLACE_JSP_PRC) Wf_Engine.CreateProcess(HRSSA, 81, HR_NEW_HIRE_PLACE_JSP_PRC))
 
Click Home menu or choose a different menu option to navigate out of this page.

Please help in resolving the error.
