PJI tables showing significant fragmentation

I've noticed that a number of tables are showing an unusually high number of extents
PJI_FP_TXN_ACCUM_HEADER, PJI_FP_TXN_ACCUM, PJI_FM_AGGR_ACT4 and PJI_FM_AGGR_FIN7
Is there a supported method of reorganising these tables?
It is because of PJI that we have observed much fragmentation and space wastage over time.
For instance I can see 2GB of free space in tablespace APPS_TS_TX_DATA yet the maximum free contiguous space is 3k !
Which means I need to add datafiles to the tablespace to prevent unable to extend errors.
