iRec - Message not visible in communication tab

Hi,

For some of the vacancy, Recruiter is not able to view the message sent to applicants in the communication tab.

This has been observed mainly for the closed vacancy. Ideally, even if the vacancy is closed, recruiter should be able to view the message sent to applicants.

The navigation is - Vacancy -> click on active applicants number -> click on communicaiton (for any applicant) -> This redirects recruiter to communication tab.

Here the messages sent to applicants are not visible.

What is the logic built in the page to display or hide the messages sent to applicants?
